The Rockwall Farmer’s Market welcomes a new addition this season as Gen, a resident of Hickory Ridge and the founder of Uprooted Journey Sourdough, joins its roster of vendors. What started as a small-scale venture, baking sourdough for her neighbors, has blossomed into a presence at one of the region’s premier farmer’s markets.

Uprooted Journey’s journey to the Rockwall Farmer’s Market is a testament to the power of community support and dedication to craft. Uprooted Journey will be present biweekly, starting from May 4th, on Saturdays from 8 am to noon, through September 21st, offering a diverse selection of freshly baked sourdough bread and baked goods.
