Hello, Rockwall Hickory Ridge residents!
We are thrilled to announce that the long-awaited season for splashing and swimming has arrived! Our community pool is officially open from May through October, ready to offer refreshing moments of relaxation and enjoyment for all.
Before you grab your towels and sunscreen, we want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at our pool. Here’s everything you need to know:
POOL Information:
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY: Safety first! In case of emergencies, please dial 911.
- ACCESS: To obtain a pool card, reach out to our SBB Management Amenities Team at amenities@sbbmanagement.com. Pool cards are available for $30.00 via check or money order.
- POOL HOURS: Dive into fun any time between 8:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M. Please note that hours may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- ZERO TOLERANCE: We take pool safety seriously. Any violation of the pool rules may result in immediate action, including the involvement of law enforcement.
- POOL CAMERAS: For added security, our pool area is monitored by cameras. Trespassers will be prosecuted.
POOL RULES:
- Eligibility: Only Rockwall Hickory Ridge HOA homeowners in good standing, their tenants, and accompanied guests are permitted.
- Membership Dues: Delinquent members will have their pool access suspended until dues are current.
- Guest Policy: Non-paid members cannot be guests. No exceptions!
- Supervision: An adult must accompany children under 14, with a limit of 4 children per adult.
- Guest Limit: Each residence may host up to 4 guests.
- Safety First: No glass materials allowed. Children must wear appropriate swim gear.
- Health Standards: Those with infectious illnesses or symptoms will be denied access.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in the pool area unless approved by the HOA.
- Attire: Regulation bathing suits only; no cut-offs or jeans.
- Recreational Equipment: Bikes, scooters, and other items are not permitted.
- Noise Level: Keep radios and noise to a minimum.
- Substance-Free Zone: No alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, or profanity allowed.
- Behavioral Guidelines: No running or horseplay; respect pool monitors and fellow swimmers.
- Liability: The HOA is not liable for personal property or injuries.
Remember: repeated violations may result in fines or loss of pool privileges.
